Thriving Dance Surrender
Monthly 2-Hour Intuitive Movement Session
In this monthly 2-hour intuitive movemnet class, you will learn how to release tension, emotions and stress held in the body through a joyful movement practice.
Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) is used by many therapists to help aid healing both physically and emotionally in their patients.
This Thriving Dance Surrender practice will allow you to embody exercise, meditation, stillness and connection with yourself. It is a safe space of non-judgement to move freely, encourage play, release fear and activate your spirit.
This class is available monthly via zoom and is available to be booked for private group sessions.

A 12 week program to help empower stressed out women who feel burnt out and overwhelmed to take back control of their mental health, reclaim their joy, feel energized, find inner peace and THRIVE through food, dance, and self-care.
This program is designed to educate and empower women shift into a new, healthier lifestyle and mindset with proven strategies and solutions. It is broken out into categories: Thriving Mind, Thriving Nutrition, Thriving Movement and Thriving Life.
